About Us
Allwin Windows was created by Melissa Farr after completing her Master of Science degree at Texas A&M focusing her research on Efficiency and Sustainable Building.Her desire is to create beautiful, comfortable and efficient homes lead Melissa to create this division of the company.
Melissa, grew up in Houston helping and watching her family’s construction company grow. She graduated from Houston Baptist University with Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and Fine Art.
She worked as an analyst at a mutual fund company for several years before deciding to change careers and study construction and land development. She obtained her Master of Science from Texas A&M University School of Architecture where she focused her studies on Green Building and Sustainability. She has worked for Kaufman Broad a national homebuilder and Apple Computer before seeing the opportunity in leading the windows division of her family’s company.
